At Innovative Cleaning Services, your satisfaction is the standard we hold every job to. If something isn't right, we want to know — and we'll make it right.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as that time has been reserved specifically for your service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Every job we complete is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the results of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge. We don't consider a job done until you're satisfied.


What We Ask of You

To help us deliver the best possible results, we ask that the property is reasonably accessible at the scheduled time. If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a trip fee may apply.
