Pricing & Quotes
Pricing depends on the size of your space, the type of cleaning, and how often you'd like service. We provide free, no-obligation quotes — just fill out our contact form or give us a call and we'll get back to you quickly.
We quote by the job, not by the hour. That means you know exactly what you're paying upfront — no surprises when the bill comes.
None. The price we quote is the price you pay. The only exception is if the scope of work changes significantly once we arrive — in that case, we'll always discuss it with you before proceeding.
Booking & Scheduling
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot. That said, we often have same-day or next-day availability — just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Life happens. We just ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee. Less than 24 hours may incur a small cancellation charge.
Not at all. Many of our clients provide us with a key or door code and go about their day. All team members are background-checked and fully insured, so you can trust us with access to your space.

A deep clean goes further: inside appliances, behind furniture, grout scrubbing, window sills, and everything that doesn't get touched in a weekly routine. We recommend starting with a deep clean if it's your first time booking with us.
Yes — it's one of our most popular services. Move-out cleans are thorough top-to-bottom jobs designed to help you get your deposit back or leave the space in perfect condition for new owners.

Fully insured. In the rare event that something gets damaged, you're covered. We carry general liability insurance on every job.
